Bookkeeping

I love bookkeeping! Operating for over 10 years, I service the bookkeeping needs of local small businesses. I operate both in my office or yours, providing a range of bookkeeping services from data entry and filing, to accounts receivable and bank account reconciliation and BAS lodgement. I liaise with your accountant to ensure you are provided with current, timely information.

Payroll

Payroll can be complicated. I keep up to date with changes to wages and payroll legislation to ensure your staff are paid correctly and on time, and your records are current and maintained. I will prepare payroll as per your requirements, including the preparation and lodgement of payment summaries at the end of financial year.

Privacy

I will always strictly adhere to the confidentiality of your files, information, and personal and accounting details. Notably:
– Your files are always stored in a locked and secure place;
– Any documentation no longer required is always destroyed by shredding, or returned to you;
– Your situation will not be discussed with anyone without your prior knowledge and consent.

Accounts Payable, Debtor Invoicing and Accounts Receivables Management
I will provide regular reporting to ensure efficient management of your Accounts Payable. I will work with you to operate an efficient debtor invoicing system, subject to your requirements. Your Accounts Receivables will be reconciled regularly in order to maintain your cash flow. Any outstanding accounts will be addressed promptly.

Tax Practitioners Board – Registered BAS Agent
As an approved BAS service provider, I will prepare and lodge your BAS and IAS as it falls due.

Business Support Services

I operate using MYOB and Xero alongside Microsoft Office programs. I will prepare documents or other paperwork for you, subject to your requirements.
