“I have been to this place before and they have previously done an alright job, the only reason I went in today was because my friend wanted to and was time poor. The quality and professionalism was non existent, the lady called tran was rude and clearly was annoyed, not sure if she was having a bad day or just poorly qualified to do her job. I was pawned off to another staff member, who clearly didn’t know what she was doing, the state of my nails are horrible. She could not even paint my nails properly, you can see polish bubbles on nearly all my nails and definitely tell two different people did them. Would not recommend or visit them again waste of time and money…and the hygiene of the salon is shocking, even your towels are dirty � never again”

“Since you have decided to delete my last review in regards to the fact i have pernament damage to my eyes and chemical burns on my eyeballs from your dodgy eyelash extensions im posting it again , well trying as i can’t actually see that well . Do not go here unless you want to lose half your eyesight and be left in a room alone for half hr trying to get glue out of your eyes yourself as no one can communicate in english while you cant see until finally you can get ahold of the manager only can help after you demand they call nurse on call. I have been diagnosed with chemical burns to my right eye by medical professional and will be taking this to consumer affairs .Do not get eyelash extensions here, acrylic nails were great but do not risk losing your eyesight .”

“Went in for a pedicure and a set of acrylic nails. No base coat was used on my toes even though a dark colour was applied. With the set of acrylics, they weren’t filed/smoothed down enough and through the two coats of nail polish that was applied (no topcoat was applied), you can see the file marks on the nails.
Update: Went in and they fixed the acrylics without any dramas.”
