About us – is about YOU really, as all we do and all we think of and train for is to be able to provide YOU with the best treatment / options / assistance on your way to either recovery from injury you have / had or to increase your athletic performance & accelerate recuperation from your training of competition…

So what we did so far is

• We got Master’s Degrees in Physical Education in Coaching.
• We got Diplomas in Remedial and Sports Massage and Nutrition
• We did courses and got certified in Dry Needling, Myofascial Releases, Muscle Energy Techniques, Rock Taping and we continue to expand our skills and knowledge.
• We worked (for over 12 years) alongside of Chiropractors and Osteopaths – watching them carefully and absorbing their wisdom.
• We regularly train and exercise different sports (from snowboarding and surfing to American Football and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and weight lifting) to maintain strength and fitness levels and to understand more of how body acts, wears & recovers from those activities.
• We continue to read, watch and talk to other specialist in associated fields.
• We take a great pride & joy in being able to help thousands of clients so far. Their recovery & their high achievements are our driving force and fuel our passion.
