Rockwear was born and nurtured by one of Australia’s pioneering fitness instructors. Since 1991, we’ve been encouraging women to harness their inner personal strength and live an active life on their own terms.

Company Overview
At Rockwear, we know that Life is a Sport! Which is why we have been creating high quality Activewear Since 1991. All of our women’s fitness clothing are designed to withstand the rigours of the hardest workouts. From the hottest Yoga class to the longest Run we’ll have you looking fashionably fit and feeling supported, comfortable and inspired. Pricing
The prices listed on the Website, which are inclusive of GST, are the prices you will pay at checkout. Rockwear Australia is not responsible for incorrect pricing on third party websites.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash. We also cannot exchange, refund or replace lost or stolen cards

Any Gift Cards purchased from the 22nd of March 2016 onwards can now be used both In-store & Online. Gift Cards purchased before this date will only be available for in-store use at any Rockwear Australia destination.

Discount codes recieved as part of their rockwear welcome emails are only applicable on full price items.

Delivery Information
 
Delivery During Sale Period
Please note during heavy sale periods delivery times may be delayed by an extra 2-3 working days.

Within Australia
Rockwear charges a flat rate of $10.00 for standard delivery and $15.00 for express delivery within Australia. But if you register with us orders over $125 with standard delivery will be delivered for FREE. (However from time to time Rockwear reserves the right to offer free delivery.)

Express orders can take from 1-3 business days and standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area take a look at the Australia Post Network

Deliveries to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands – postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

Order Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please go to http://auspost.com.au/track/ to follow the journey of your parcel. You will also be able to see the status of your order if you Login to the Rockwear website.

To New Zealand
Rockwear offers free standard shipping on orders over $150 to New Zealand, for all other orders, a flat rate of $20.00 applies for standard delivery

Standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times take a look at the Star Track Network.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

Currently Rockwear will cover all taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in New Zealand, but has the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Returns Policy

At Rockwear we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us. If something isn’t right we’re happy to offer a refund from our Online Returns Department.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS
Any orders made through Paypal can only be processed for a refund at the Online Returns Department. See below for details on returning your garments.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC RETURNS
RETURNS BY POST – REFUND ONLY
It couldn’t be easier to send something back. Book your return online and choose from:

ParcelPoint –our cheapest returns method at just $6.50 including parcel tracking. Select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, newsagents and convenience stores – open 7 days and late for your convenience.

Post Office – take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

For both return methods, simply follow the steps below

Go to parcelpoint.com.au/rockwear Follow the online process to book your return and print a shipping label. You can choose to return your parcel at at ParcelPoint store or any post office.
Package your item(s) into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging.
Attach your returns label onto the parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.
Post your parcel back to us, by taking it to your ParcelPoint store or post office.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and for your account to be credited
Please ensure to obtain proof of postage.
All ParcelPoints deliveries are tracked and include email proof of sending. If you return your item at the post office, you should use a trackable service.

For customers who are unable to return to a Rockwear store in Australia but who want to exchange their items, you should return the items following the process above, then order the new items you want online.

FREE RETURNS TO STORE
Rockwear offers free returns to any of our stores Australia wide for purchases made online using Credit Card & Afterpay payment methods. Please bring the receipt recieved with your order and ensure the garment is unworn & still has swing tags attached. To find your nearest Rockwear store, visit the store locator. Unfortunately we can’t process returns that have been purchased using Paypal in-store at this stage.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Rockwear is happy to provide a full refund for all orders purchased online, exchanges and credit notes need to be processed in store provided:

You present the tax invoice sent with your goods as proof of purchase;
The item has not been worn or washed;
The swing ticket is still attached to the garment/item.
Please note that all purchases made with card including debit card, wanting a refund can only be refunded on to the original card of purchase.

In the event of having no receipt and/or a missing swing ticket, we will happily provide an exchange or a credit note in store, provided the garments have not been worn.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn or used and are without tags. All items returned must be in original condition.

For Health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

Unfortunately we cannot process returns online for purchases made in our physical stores at this time. Any items bought in-store can be returned or exchanged in any our physical locations Australia wide.
GIFT CARD
Can’t find that perfect gift or is she just too hard to buy for? Get her a Rockwear Gift Card!

Our Gift Cards can now be used both In-store and Online! Choose any value from $25 to $400. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Last minute gift? As part of our Gift Card process we email the gift voucher directly to the recipient once purchased.
