“More like 7 stars! Had my hair and makeup done by Yoshi on Collins Place during the week! Couldn’t have been in better hands than that! Couldn’t stop staring at myself in the mirror and certainly didn’t want to remove my makeup at the end of the night! haha. But not only that, I also received top notch 5 star customer service by him and the others! Yoshi made me feel so comfortable, was lots of fun to be with, explaining what he was doing while doing it, extremely professional, offering general hair advice, is very fast and accurate in his work and the list goes on! “I booked Rokk Ebony Salon in South Melbourne for my wedding and they offered their second floor for my bridal party. They even called me and asked if I wanted to go and check the there to make sure I am happy, which definitely I was. On the day, they were kind and professional enough to not only let me bring my own make up artist there, but also a couple of my bridesmaids who were doing their own hair and didn’t have appointment with Rokk ebony. Their whole second floor was privately for us, with an absolute 5 star service from all the staff. Even though my wedding was on Saturday and they were quite busy downstairs with all their clients, they were all constantly running up and down during that 5 hours and serving us coffee and drinks, warming up our food a few times making sure everyone has eaten, serving the champagne that we brought! The salon even serve us a big plate of strawberries and water melon beside our drinks. The experience was absolutely amazing without extra charge for all of that incredible extra service. I couldn’t have been happier than this. My hair and everyone else’s were absolutely stunning and exactly how we wanted and we got the best service we could have asked for. Matt, Karina and everyone in the Salon were incredible and I really want to thank Rokk ebony south Melbourne and it’s management! I highly recommend it!”
