“Ok so if I could give 6 stars I would. It was our first time at Roll ‘n’ Dice today and we will definitely be back! We had a bit of a wait because it was busy but we had comfy chairs and toys and books to keep my 15 month old amused. This was my little ones first haircut and I was pretty nervous because she’s not a fan of me doing much with her hair. I needn’t have worried, Simone did a fabulous job with my little girl! She took her time discussing what we should do to tidy up my little ones helmet head hairstyle then got to work quickly and gently making her hair look a whole lot better! The little gift, strawberry milk and popcorn certainly won my little girls heart! Despite being quite busy we were still given all the time we needed to make my little ones first hair cut a memorable one. Thanks Simone!”

“Lovely staff, good atmosphere, milkshakes/soft drink, popcorn and a toy included in the price of the hair cut which was reasonably priced. Televisions and Peppa pig on for the littlies, and special chairs for them to sit in (classic cars) to get their hair cut. I’d go again if I happened to be in the neighbourhood. Surprised I had never heard of the place before!”

“The setup is awesome! Great service apart from long waits. The staff were very friendly especially Simone who is very good with babies. The kids get very spoilt by the staff with popcorn and gifts every visit. The pricing is normal but the experience is worth the money too. My eldest son gets so excited going there and always looking forward to it. Definitely a return customer!”

“Went for a haircut last Thursday and I was super, super happy. The lady who cut my son’s hair was so efficient, considerate, gentle and basically just awesome all round. His previous haircut at a different place in applecross was a disaster with lots of crying and loud clippers and this haircut was the total opposite. My kid was so happy and calm. And loved the toy car at the end. Thanks so much!”

He was not a happy camper about his first hair cut, but she was patient and did such a fabulous job and I really appreciated it! “One of the staff was very rude asking if my son was sick because of his coughing. She turned to see him lots of times, staring in such an inappropriate and discriminative way. She even doubted when I told her it was an allergic cough. I understand the concern of having a person coughing in a public place but there are manners to ask and approach people, especially if they are customers. I ended up leaving the place with my son not getting his hair cut as I would never allow anyone to look at him that way and I am certain no other mother would. This is clearly not the right way to treat your customers and I hope the lady who “took care of us” learns from her mistakes.”

“My three older sons love coming here for their haircuts. they don’t look at it as a mission but more as a treat if they had their ways they would come every week if they were allowed. My baby boy is due for his first haircut and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We love the ladies and of course Hamish �”
