Rose Holistic Therapies is owned an operated by Stuart Rose, a skilled and experienced massage therapist. Stuart trained with master Ayurvedic Massage Therapist Russell Smith for 3.5 years from 2006 and has been working out of rooms in Willunga and McLaren Vale since 2010. He is now working out of Eleaner Day Spa in McLaren Vale on Tuesdays, Prospect on Wednesdays and in-home/mobile (Adelaide metro area) on other days – by appointment only.

Ayurvedic Massage is an ancient healing practice originating in India around 5000 years ago. It is a holistic, complementary medical and therapeutic modality, promoting natural health and well-being. Detoxification, relief from pain, de-stressing the body and nervous system, improved circulation, better vitality and energy, clearer thinking and presence of mind, are some of the benefits of Ayurvedic Massage.
