“Worst. Booked an appointment for tape hair extensions (which I’ve had by other salons many times) and met the staff in a rented space. There was no mirror until the end. My hair is light brown and staff put BLACK and white extensions in. The colour match was so horrible and staff decided to tell me after staff put them in that staff didn’t have my colour so used dark ones. when I complained (in tears) I recieved no apology. I had them taken out at another salon 2 hours later. The only good thing about them was I got a refund.”
