With a national network of 30 retail superstores, with plans to grow, pick up all your safety products in one location. If we don’t have an item in stock, we can order this in for you. Services include custom name and logo embroidery with the majority of stores having safety specialists available to offer free advice.

For major accounts, we also hold stock to ensure fast turnaround of orders.

It doesn’t matter what your budget is, we have the latest in workwear from brands such as Bisley, DNC and Eleven. For larger custom requirements, RSEA has an industry renowned in-house design team.

Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

Standard delivery is sent via Australia Post because of its coverage, reliability and affordability.

Goods in stock are generally picked and despatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Due to the bulky nature of most products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card for it to be collected at your nearest post-office.

IMPORTANT: Heavy & Over-sized Items
Heavy or over-sized items must be sent via courier and generally incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. The courier cost will be calculated based on the total parcel size during checkout. Because heavy or over-sized items are delivered by courier, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Ensure you include a phone number that we can contact you on the day of delivery.

RETURNS

Returning Items Purchased In Store
Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.
A copy of the RSEA invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods
Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods
Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt

Returning Items Purchased Online
All conditions as per above apply
If posting products back, please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The issue of a RAN is at RSEA’s sole discretion
Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Faulty Goods
Please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, RSEA will arrange to pick up the faulty goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, RSEA will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. RSEA reserves the right to use their nominated courier for returned goods. Proof of purchase will be required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
