About The Owner:

Rachael, the creative force behind Ruby Blue has been in the industry for over 14 years and has won numerous state and national hairdressing industry awards including two national title awards, seven state awards as well as three business achievement awards.

Rachael has been expertly trained and is an internationally accredited Goldwell Colour Master.

This means customers can be assured their hair colour is in highly qualified hands and will be the best it possibly can be.

Her aim is to treat every client uniquely and cater each service to meet their specific, individual needs.

Rachael continues to strive for personal and professional greatness every day.

“As creative director, my aim is to create and maintain a salon with cutting-edge design complete in all aspects of beauty, fashion and well-being.

I strive to provide a fun, energetic vibe for staff and clients alike and to always stay in the forefront of latest techniques in hair design.

I have put together a place of relaxation and enjoyment, where success is not measured by the size of my salon, but rather my client’s satisfaction.

My goal is to employ a team with the passion and drive to achieve personal and professional greatness for future wealth and success,” Rachael said.

Originally from Brisbane, Rachael created a very successful hair and beauty salon in the Redland’s which won many local business awards and is now nominated for a Hall of Fame award.

After opening the salon, and successfully trading for nine years, Rachael, her husband Matt and three young boys decided on a sea change and are now based on the Coast permanently.

Rachael is very excited about bringing her industry knowledge to the area and creating a local salon that truly cares about its clients.
