OUR POLICY

Our pricing is a reflection of our commitment, continual training, education and experience.

Consultation fee redeemable on services undertaken within four weeks of initial consultation

The popularity of our team requires 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

  Late arrivals to an appointment may need to reschedule and may incur a fee. 

No-shows will be required to pay $50 deposits for all future appointments

A $50 deposit is required to secure appointments for all new clients.

Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a loss of deposit

Children 13-16 yrs 30% discount, 12 yrs & under 50% discount.( No Saturday, Sunday or late nights)

10%Student discount available. No Saturday, Sunday or late nights, (must present student photo ID).

For most hair services, hair must be freshly washed (except for chemical straightening services) or clean , dry, detangled and presorted. otherwise please notify your stylist in ample time before the service as more time may need to be ascribed to your service. The above may incur an additional fee or rescheduling.  

For curly hair cuts, clients should come with dry clean hair

All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice
