Runway Collection is a luxury online designer dress hire company that is bringing you the latest designer fashion straight from the runways of New York, Paris, London and Australia for a fraction of the recommended retail price.
We all want a different outfit for each occasion but we don’t want to compromise on quality. It is every girls dream to have an endless wardrobe full of the seasons must have pieces straight from the runways around the world…. Now that is possible!!
Customers benefit from experimenting with new brands without investing in piece after piece. We are continually updating our collection and looking at new designers to add to our list. This is a perfect way for you to experience wearing designers dresses you only ever dreamed of wearing.
How it works?
Runway Collection is an online Australian Designer Dress Hire destination allowing you access to the current season dresses from Australian and International Designers to hire for your special event.
Choose from our large range of designer garments offering you the latest season fashions for all occasions.
Select the dates you would like to hire the dress for. We offer up to 3 month booking in advance.
Your hired garment will arrive to you by courier which will require a signature on arrival. On return, place the dress in the prepaid Australia Post satchel provided inside the box, please include the completed return checklist. Simply place the satchel in a Australia Post box by your nominated return date.
No dry-cleaning is required. Runway Collection is responsible for all cleaning of the garments. Should you spill or damage the dress in any way, do not attempt to repair the damage. Please complete the details on the return checklist that will be sent to you in your arrival package so we can have the experts take care of the cleaning.
We offer a full credit refund should the selected size not fit (excluding freight), however we do encourage you to follow the designers sizing guide to ensure a perfect fit.

Why should I rent a dress and not buy?
Don’t spend your entire weeks wage on a gorgeous dress that you will only wear once where it will end up at the back of your wardrobe when you can borrow the same designer dresses for a fraction of the price!!
You can be wearing the latest fashion straight off the runways from all over the world. Runway Collection makes it easy and affordable for you to wear the must have items of the season, keeping you fashion forward and on trend!!
How long can I hire a dress for?
Dresses are rented for a 5 or 10 day period, however, should you would wish to have the dress for longer then that is no problem, providing you let us know and the dress is available. If you have a holiday coming up, you’re able to book the dress out for 2 or 3 weeks etc.
What happens if the dress is the wrong size?
Once you receive the dress and have signed for it (please note: all dresses must be signed for on delivery) please contact us on the same day as you receive the goods (either by phone or email) to let us know you will be returning the dress. The sizing of each dress is specified on the website, we encourage you to know your measurements to ensure you get a perfect fit. If you are unsure on the correct size, you are welcome to contact us, by phone or email with your measurements so that we can suggest the recommended size for the particular dress. You can return the dress, but please note that you will still be responsible for postage costs.
How do I go about returning a dress?
A prepaid Australia Post satchel will be included in your package. You simply return the dress in the plastic wrap the dress arrived in and place into the satchel and drop into the correct Australia Post box by your nominated return date.
What is the hiring process?
Browse through our selection of dresses available to rent and once you have found your dress, click on your correct size and how long you would like to hire it for. The dress will then be delivered to you at the address you provided. Simply wear the dress and then return it back to us within the time allocated. You will receive a letter with your garment explaining exactly how to return your dress. Please ensure you do not exceed the time limit so that you do not incur further costs.
Are there postage and handling costs?
Yes – The cost will be calculated at checkout
Is it safe to make a payment using my credit card?
Yes at Runway Collection we use an online secure bank merchant facility. Please be assured that your personal information is always kept private and confidential and we do not share your details with anyone at any time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when your delivery has been despatched, you will be sent an email from us which will include the courier tracking information, you are free to follow the progress online through their website.
Who is responsible for dry cleaning?
Runway Collection is responsible for all cleaning involved with our dresses. Please do not attempt to clean the dress yourself. If you stain or damage the dress in any way, do not panic. Just complete the details on the return form we send you with your garment, and we’ll take care of it. Obviously, if a dress is beyond repair, you will be charged for this. Please see our terms and conditions.
Is it possible to reserve a dress for a future date?
Yes. We have an advanced booking system at the checkout. Simply select the dates for when you would like the dress and complete the booking.
Are the dresses in good condition?
All of our dresses are in ‘as new’ condition, some dresses may even be brand new.
Can I cancel an order?
As long as your dress has not already been sent to you, orders can be cancelled, but please try to do this as soon as possible. Please either phone or email customerservice@runwaycollection.com.au
