Runway Room is an Australian owned and operated business that was established by Make-up Artist & Photographer Alex Fevola in 2012.

Since opening one of Australia’s very first Complete Make-over Bars, Alex has established numerous salons in Australia, concept partners, a training academy and a professional cosmetic line that is all MADE IN AUSTRALIA!!

The Runway Room Salons have now gained a reputation as the ‘go to’ place for Hair and Make-up, especially for events and any special occasion. The concept is very unique as we offer numerous services in the convenience of one location. Making it your one stop shop for hair, make up and beauty services.

Seeing a hole in the market for quality Australian made products at affordable prices Alex launched the Runway Room Cosmetics range in 2014. The ordinary woman can now achieve extraordinary results using our professional product range and tools.

“My daughter had her party at the salon 6 weeks ago. I paid $799 for the party without food. Although the team were great, the whole experience seemed unorganised and not worth the money.
There were 3 staff members vs 14 young girls. If they had one more staff member the long delays in doing hair and make up could have been a little more exciting as the girls were left doing nothing and felt bored.
I have asked for the manager to call me to discuss 4 times as I am still waiting for the photos to be given to me.
Not one person has followed up on my feedback let alone the photos that I paid extra for.
I don’t want to have to give this feedback however no one has returned my call after 4 attempts.
Some of my daughters friends have actually been to a party there several times and mentioned that this time was boring and different to other times.
I feel disappointed and most of all frustrated that I paid so much money and have had no one call me after speaking to different people 4 different times????
Who is even running this place and if that’s the quality of party you are providing then maybe charging approx $50 per head is a little over the top.
I was happy to give the feedback verbally but after many attempts to speak to the manager and having no luck, this was my only choice.”

“I’ve just come home from the Hampton Salon where very proffessional Jacinta patiently did my hair. I walked into the salon literally looking like a birds nest hair all matted and very long.With the least pain possible she removed all the knotted hair then washed blow dried and perfectly cut my hair dead straight as discussed as agreed to make it look thicker and less likely to Knott up again. I would highly recommend Jacinta go chat to her re your hair!”
