Rushton Financial Services Pty Ltd ACN 601 242 102 (‘RFS’), established by father and son, Glenn and Lee Rushton, is the investment manager for an Australian managed fund – the Rushton Global Market Neutral Fund.

After spending years managing Individually Managed Accounts for wealthy investors, through a related entity, Rushton Capital Management Pty Ltd, Lee and Glenn decided to establish an Australian managed fund, to make their approach to market neutral investing accessible to a wider range of clients.

After years of research, it was also decided to expand the Australian managed fund to encompass international share markets, allowing for a much higher level of diversification.

RFS is an Authorised Representative (Authorised Representative No. 470826) of Australian Fiduciaries Limited (ACN 601 228 844, AFSL No. 465658), which is the Responsible Entity of the Rushton Global Market Neutral Fund (the “Fund”).

The Fund allows investors the opportunity to invest alongside the Rushton family, and gain access to their unique, highly diversified, global market neutral approach to investment management.
