Had to ask 3 times to change pressure, not concentrating, chatting amongst themselves, kept leaving to answer phone and whatever…., pressure in wrong places ie bones.
These were not at all professional, and seemed preoccupied with other things rather than the customer.
Simple things like making sure the oil is wiped off properly wasn’t done well.
