“I used a voucher for my cut and colour. The service was very average, only just good enough to communicate my needs. I was in the salon for over two hours and was not offered a tea or coffee (which you would usually expect when having a treatment done) or even a glass of water. I was not presented with any magazines to read either. Disappointing to say the least, as I am looking out for a new hairdresser to revisit. Although, upon saying the above, my hair looks and feels great… I was wondering if the service reflected the fact I was using a voucher, but in observing the treatment of other clients, I did not feel alone.”
