“Came in for an Eyelash appointment, was the worst customer service I experienced ever getting my lashes done.
Not only did the girl doing my lashes give me attitude for no absolute reason and made me feel uncomfortable but also the treatment itself was so uncomfortable sitting in a chair practically upside down for and hour and 15 mins was horrible. Not to mention the fact that your sitting in a hair salon and your inhaling the fumes of all the peroxide and hair dye the hairdryer is going and the hairdressers are talking bout vomit and having unprofessional conversation in front of all the customers.
I left with a headache and a stiff neck.
Also not sure if the girl doing my lashes is a technician or a receptionist because she answered the phone about 5 times while doing my service.
Overall very unprofessional..would not recommend or go back!!”

“Being a blonde it can be a bit touch and go but I have to say this is the best blonde I have ever had. I was in a bit of a rush to pick up my son from childcare so I had to leave before I could get my blow dry but they kindly invited me back at a convenient time for me to have my experience completed.
