“Salon’s are all different and I don’t know a lot about this one, however I do know about one of the stylists here. Tom would have to be the best colourist and stylist in Brisbane. I followed him from his last salon because no matter where I went no one listened and understood what I wanted and then actually delivered. Tom is outstanding and I will follow him wherever he goes. Plus I like to follow his ‘Hair by Tom’ page on FB. It gives me inspiration on what to do next lol.”

“I have the unpleasant experience at this extremly unprofessional salon person week the staff were rude and a stylist had absolutely no respect of my feelings or how I would of liked to have my hair done…it was their way or the highway My impression was an arrogant and self centered human being.. I left the salon in tests and then had to go to another salon and have what they have done repaired costing me a fortune.. Iam going to making it my mission to make sure that the word is spread that they are the worst hairdresser and to never return to that salon… Let’s just say reps won’t even deal with them.. If ones hair doesn’t feel good you don’t feel confident…”
