“I visited Hair Haven, Bongaree Friday 16th to book a shampoo/blow wave for.Saturday 17th Dec for 12pm. the past 2 days prior to this I had been moving my 90 year old father into care. I live in Nth NSW and had a wedding to attend in Toowoomba that Saturday night.

Arrived at Hair Haven Bongaree 11.55am and the salon had a closed sign on the door, lights off and no one to be seen!! The salon had my mobile, if not a phone call at least a txt could be sent.
I noticed Salon Ravissant Bongaree had the door half open, in fact the 2 girls were finishing with their last clients and about to close. After explaining to the girls about the appalling experience with Hair Haven Bongaree, they were only to happy to stay back and do my hair.
Wow what service. These two ladies know how to go beyond customer service.
My hair looked and felt amazing, they used the best of products and know how to create a great style.
Through my business dealings with customers in and surrounding Bribie Island,
all will be advised if they require a professional, experienced Hair Salon, do not by pass Salon Ravissant, Bongaree.”
