STORY

Don’t let your body cramp your style!

Saltwater Massage specialise in Remedial, Sports, Deep tissue massage, Trigger point therapy, Stretching, Strengthening, Orthopedic assessment and Postural awareness.

After battling my own chronic back pain, which inhibited my surfing for the best part of ten years, I am driven to research the best treatment for each client in order to manage their rehabilitation. I believe there’s no greater reward than to be able to help someone recover from injury and pain.

Based on my experience and continued learning, I believe that in conjunction with regular massage, stretching, strengthening, self myofacial release and postural awareness are paramount for recovery from any injury.
