“do NOT get your hair extensions done here, worst experience of hair extensions i have EVER had out of my 4 years of wearing extensions. I had micro beads done and i had red hair at the time, she put brown in, and then tells me i couldn’t color the extensions, i payed $250 and i got way less than half a head, it looked like i had some sort of tail. my hair extensions looked so unnatural, i went to a hairdresser to ask what i should do and they told me to get a refund straight away and that they never saw anything like it and that she ripped me off. While i was walking out of her salon i even heard her laugh, SERIOUSLY?
i have never had such a bad experience at a salon before, i went back the next day and she refused to give me a refund as well. I ended up going to another salon and paying for another set of extensions and with this whole experience ended up paying over $550. she was horrible, had absolutely no experience in what she was doing, and she was so rude. She was DEFINITELY self taught. Not to mention when i took the extensions out i found that hers look like they burnt off when i used a straightener, weren’t even half the length they were when she first put them in. I will never visit this salon ever again and i do not recommend it at all. ”

“where do i begin? i go in for a simple request of a hair straightening and a trim and i get anything but. i paid $75, $25 of it was thrown in due to a treatment i never asked for and could not say no as i did not know i was getting it, i only thought i was getting a wash. paying that much however i expected a decent job to be done but i have returned home madder than ever and didn’t even get the quality i hoped for. after blow drying my hair straight, it was still frizzy and unfinished but she finished it off there. i have had to come home, $75 poorer and had to finish the job off for myself back at my house. very UNHAPPY!!! will not be returning”

“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I had my hair coloured apparently “blonde” and came out the most disgusting colour I’ve ever seen ! Half my hair was brown/yellow and the other half bright Orange !! My left my hair in very very bad condition! And the worst part is she wouldnt give me a refund when I saw the actual colour ! Never never ever going there again !! I would not advise going there to anyone ! Literally paid $350 for disgusting orange dead hair !”
