“I had my hair done here a few weeks back. Full head of foils, Toner and straightened paid $140..The foils were to be blonde, the same color I had in my hair with a few brown ones thrown in. Well I can’t see the color that is going onto my hair but after I had been there for 5 and half hours and the hair was dried off to my shock it was not a blonde at all but a yukky light brown color. I said there and then while still in the chair that it was the wrong color and was told that she had a 7 day color guarantee. I went home and a few friends didn’t like the color of my hair and I certainly didn’t so I sent her a message to have it fixed. Another 5 hours in the chair and lightner was put in my hair to blonde it for 2 hours, but only the top half of my head, where I paid for a full head of foils only a quarter was done on my return. I went and consulted another hairdresser who advised me that there wasn’t a full head of foils in my hair as she hadn’t done any underneath only on the top. I sent a inbox and never got a reply. So now I need to pay another hairdresser to fix the stuff up and do a full head of foils as that’s what I went there for…..I still haven’t got a response from the 5th July…”
