“I went to the BlackCrown Toukley and was treated very rudely i had been a loyal customer since they opened until last Saturday at 12am I went in to book in myself and my 3 kids and was told they don’t do book ins so I drove home and picked the kids up and arrived back at 12.35 as we walked in the lady with blue hair rudely waved us away saying we can’t cut your hair in 15 minutes we shut at 1pm we left disappointed I had to go to work at 2pm until 4pm while at work I rang Arthur he said come down I will stay open for you he stayed open until long after 5pm earning himself a loyal customer and a healthy tip…Good Work Arthur.”
