I am a professional hairdresser with 30 years experience in all facets of hair cutting, colouring & styling.

After my 4 year apprenticeship on the Gold Coast I spent 16 years working in some of Sydney’s exclusive salons such as Fuss Salon at the Intercontinental Hotel, David Jones City Store Salon, and Antony Whitaker Salon in Woollahra.

I also spent 4 years working as an Educational Consultant and Colour Technician for Matrix Essentials Aust. & NZ, teaching other hairdressers the latest hair colouring and foiling techniques.

For the past almost 10 years I have worked for myself in my home based salon, most recently in Sippy downs.

I give expert and affordable hairdressing services for men, women & children in a relaxing and quiet environment, without the rush and buzz of conventional salons.

Permanent Straightening & Relaxing @ Sean Moroney Hairdressing

The Opti Smooth system utilises the latest straightening technology, enriched with pro-keratin for increased hair strength and condition.

This system is enhanced with a unique treatment that helps protect, fortify, and condition the relaxed hair during the service to create soft, shiny, well-conditioned results.

This treatment can be used to permanently straighten hair or relax the hair to create softer bouncier curls.

The Screen Replex treatment, which repairs and seals the disulphide bonds damaged during chemical treatments, can be added to the service to further protect the hair.

It provides extra nutrition to the hair making it strong and leaves it looking healthy and full of life.

The Latest In Treatment Technology Screen Replex Treatment

REPLEX is a professional treatment specifically   created to reconstruct and protect disulphide bonds damaged during chemical treatments or by exposure blow drying, straighteners and the sun.

It deeply penetrates into the structure of the hair during a chemical service, preventing and simultaneously repairing any damage, providing nutrition and extra hydration to the hair.

By using it regularly during salon services, it generates new disulphide bonds and strengthens existing ones, restoring optimum condition of the hair even after the most intensive technical services.

All clients benefit from the restructuring properties of Replex. However, it is especially beneficial for clients with hair damage caused by previous coloring, bleaching & straightening services.

Its use is strongly recommended to all clients who are treated with chemical services.

The use of Replex    during every service will in fact allow the product to penetrate more deeply, last longer and make colours more vibrant. It will increase the hair’s   elasticity, strength, radiance and long-lasting health.

Replex can also be used as a stand alone treatment to treat dry, brittle and damaged hair.

For a limited time, until the end of September, a replex treatment will be offered free of charge to all clients having a colour package which includes a colour, cut, and blow dry.

After September the replex treatment will be available at a discounted price in all colour packages.

Replex can also be added to any chemical service or as a stand alone treatment .

Over the last month I have been changing over to a new colour range at the salon and the results have been fantastic. Affinage Professional Infinity colour includes a permanent colour range in addition to the Infinity Satin demi-permanent / no ammonia colour.
