“I have seen Dave (Owner/Osteopath) multiple times and his overall knowledge of the human body is outstanding. When I first saw my GP he told me to get a brace and basically wait, he said it would take 2-4 months for my left hand/wrist to gain full functionality. When I saw Dave he was very quick to find the two main trigger nerves causing my numbness, making his treatment therapeutic & effective. Dave was also adamant that movement was crucial to my recovery, giving me small exercises to regain strength and feeling through the wrist. After 2 weeks I was functioning without the brace I returned to full functionality within 4 weeks and full strength by 6 weeks (less than half the time I was told by the GP). Additionally he is not like some other practitioners who insist on you coming back every couple of days or once a week. Once he saw I was compliant in my rehabilitation, he increased the intensity slightly and told me to make a booking if I have any concerns or I’m not seeing any progress.

I have also seen Peter, their massage therapist once; which you can claim on private health cover (obviously depending on your terms). He was very good at identifying knots, tender spots and muscle imbalances. Additionally as I like a lot of pressure, he was able to give me more pressure than I could tolerate and kept the same amount for the full 60 minutes. I have noticed a lot of other massage therapists lose strength after 30 or 40 minutes, therefore I usually don’t make bookings longer than 30. However with my one experience with Peter, he was able to maintain my desired pressure for the full 60 minutes.

On top of that, all the admin staff are very friendly & professional – you will receive a courtesy SMS the day before your appointment and if you are on the list for a cancellation they will call immediately if there is an opening. They will even give you a courtesy call if they are running just 5-10 minutes behind schedule.”
