Salon Etiquette

Please arrive 15 mins before your treatment to allow time to relax, enjoy a soothing herbal tea and take in our incredible views.

Late arrivals will compromise your treatment – you may need to fore-go part of it to make up for lost time.

Please consider others – a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

50% deposit is required for booking of two or more special packages Monday to Friday and for all special packages on Saturday & Sunday and is forfeited if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations or changes.
