With extensive industry experience as a Qualified Senior Hair Stylist, Amanda thrives on creating the total look with each client, to merge cut, colour and style as one. With vast knowledge in all aspects of Men’s and Ladies hairdressing, Amanda loves exploring innovative colour palettes, creative cutting and fashion forward hair styling.
Amanda firmly believes that ongoing training is paramount to being a great stylist, in a constantly evolving industry.She is dedicated to further education and has a constant eye on the current fashion trends to enable them to filter through SELU Hair Studio.
“I absolutely love what I do! How many people do you know who can say that? I get to talk all day to so many different and amazing people and create styles and designs that not only inspire me but also my clients.
I believe that anyone can cut hair, however with saying that, not everyone can transform the way a person looks and feels by doing so.
In my experience I have found that it is crucial to listen to my clients, to create the style they want to achieve.
There is no point in designing a style that does not suit the individual or if they are unable to recreate the look at home.
My job does not finish when my clients leave, I am always available to offer advice and believe that after care is just as important as the initial hair service.”
