The Service Today brand offers a premium quality emergency plumbing and electrical service targeting the established older residential areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

The Service Today brand was established in 2014 from an operation previously set up by the current owner. The business now employs a total of 94 staff, with 45 plumbers and 15 electricians with vans and associated equipment.

A call centre and proprietary scheduling and management software provide professional sales and operational infrastructure.

The business has demonstrated rapid growth over the past few years, significantly outperforming the sector, indicating appropriate value / price positioning and successful marketing.

“Invoice Number – 00170820 I had my drain cleared and roots cleaned out today by Service Today. The man was very friendy and gave me sound advice as to what I could do to prevent this happening in the future. He first did a camera inpection, then unclogged the drain and last he cleared the roots. After which he did another camera inspection to assure the pipe was clear and to show me the problem. He explained two solutions to me to fix the problem area. He was not pushy in any way and I beleive him to be honest in his advice. I would not hesitate to call Service Today again in the future if the need should arrise. Service Today arrived in the time they said they would and gave me a call 30 minutes before getting there. After inspecting the pipe I was given a price for the job. I knew what the costs were going to be before work started. Very pleased with the outcome.”
