“The booking system took 3 phone calls to arrange an appointment with them. Then when I arrived for my appointment management palmed me off to a junior who didn’t know what they were doing, applied the wrong colour and completely fried my hair. When I dared to complain management started shouting at me. Once I saw what they had made of my hair colour I rang another salon and asked them to run a toner through and put in a treatment. In normal circumstances I would negotiate with a salon if I had a problem but I was so distressed by what management did to me and howthey behaved towards me that I had to get out of there. It cost me $170 at the next salon to begin the process of colour correction and repair to my hair and it will take months to get back the look I had (never mind the look I was moving towards). If you value your hair and want a pleasant and professional salon experience do not go to Daniela Severi.”

“Extremely dissapointed with this business and their service. First of all the staff at Daniela Severi, Drummoyne are some of the rudest and most unprofessional staffs I have ever met . I had purchased a voucher from Cudo over the internet, had booked the appointment 6 weeks prior and when I arrived to Drummoyne on a Saturday morning (coming from Newtown to be there at 9am) for some unknown reason had the staff tell me they could not find my’ voucher number. They had kept me waiting for over half an hour before they had even acknowledged the problem and weren’t even bothered to solve this problem for me, instead they asked me for more money and told ME to ‘sort it out with Cudo’. They continued to try to charge me more money for the deal that I had bought by telling me the deal was not valid! I have no idea why they couldn’t find my voucher number and I do not know why my receipt as well as my voucher number i had shown them was not sufficient enough for me to claim my deal. I was left waiting for over an hour for someone to come and sort out this problem that still did not get resolved and was very angry and upset by the lack on consideration, communication and professionalism -especially after (who seemed to be the management) had kept me waiting for over half an hour to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I ended up leaving demanding a refund which of course I have to do myself !”
