Since SHEIKE began, we have always believed that style is the way you show who you are without saying a word. We started small, with a simple t-shirt stand at Newcastle Markets in 1975 and since these early beginnings making style an expression of yourself has always been key.

By the late 1970s we had opened our first women’s apparel store under Newcastle’s iconic Centrepoint Tower. From here we began to evolve into something much more, with several new stores opening across Newcastle. Soon, our family of like-minded women grew, who all realised that life was too short to wear boring clothes. In 2006 we launched into the eCommerce space and soon after began expanding interstate, opening stores in Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

Now with 36 stores nationally, a dedicated online presence and an ever-evolving range we believe, that your style tells a story and that every day can be a style statement.

“I really like this shop. They sell clothing suitable for smart casual to formal occasions so it is an ideal place to shop for wedding outfits and school formals. They have a range of styles including long and short dresses. Prices are reasonable considering the type of clothing they sell. There are lots of sales which means plenty of bargains to be brought!”
