“I went to Seshwarz in Kogarah for a trim… Worst haircut I ever received. My fringe was two different lengths. I went back to complain and I was offered to have it fixed for free. Big mistake, it’s now muuuuuuch shorter and extremely choppy. I now have short layers in my hair after years of trying to grow them out. I can’t believe it, all I wanted was a trim and twice they’ve fucked it up. I can’t wear my hair down anymore”
