Kim Shipley Director FIPA
One of the founding partners, Kim has over 35 years experience in corporate finance, accounting and taxation, ranging from listed public companies to small business. Kim specialises in business structuring, business review, taxation and corporate advisory with particular emphasis on small to medium business.Kim is the managing partner of our Gordon office in Sydney.
Kim is currently a board member of a number of private companies involved in industries such as manufacturing, construction, professional services and health services.
Kim has been a member of the Institute of Public Accountants since 1977. Kim is a fan of rugby union at all levels, enjoys a game of golf and is a South Sydney Rabbitohs fan.

Terry Crozier Director FIPA, AGIA, ACIS, JP
Terry is a founding partner of the firm and the managing partner of our Windsor office in Sydney. Terry has almost 40 Years experience in accounting, taxation and corporate governance gained in the engineering, food and building industries as well as public practice.
His specialty areas are taxation and corporate advisory for small business. He is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Terry is an avid rugby union fan and Waratahs tragic.

Aaron Crozier Director B.Bus (Accg) CA
Aaron is the managing partner of our new office located at Tugun on the southern end of the Gold Coast and has over 17 years combined experience in both public practice and commercial accounting.
Aaron, a Chartered Accountant, has been based on the Gold Coast since 2003 and has a broad range of experience servicing a diverse range of clients, including some of the Gold Coast’s biggest private businesses.
Aaron is both a rugby league and rugby union tragic and diehard Canterbury Bulldogs fan who actively enjoys golf, surfing and fishing. Aaron is also currently on the committee of the Tugun Progress Association.

Jo-Anne Crozier Office Manager
Based in our Windsor office in Sydney, Jo-Anne has been the Office Manager for almost 10 years and is responsible for the drafting of Business Activity Statements and Tax Returns and to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Jo-Anne has extensive knowledge of accounting software including HandiSoft, MYOB, Quicken, Xero and other propriety packages. Jo-Anne is also an experienced Bookkeeper and client liaison manager.
Outside of work, Jo-Anne enjoys getting away with the family in their caravan and watching her St. George Dragons with her beloved pet dog.

Sarah Veazey Office Administrator
Sarah joined our Windsor office in 2008 as our Secretary and Office Administration Assistant. Sarah’s responsibilities include client liaison and maintaining our client data base as well as assisting Jo-Anne with data entry. Sarah also liaises with our other offices to ensure seemless office administration.
Sarah will usually be the friendly face you see first at our Windsor office. Sarah’s experience and background are well suited to her role in our Windsor office.
When she is not working Sarah enjoys spending time with her family camping and personal fitness.
