“This was a while ago but have just recently come across this forum & felt I needed to leave my thoughts. Booked in for a set of lashes, appointment was for 11.30, showed up at 11.25 & wasn’t seen until 11.45 because beauty therapist (who was also the salon owner) was out having a cigarette. Finally was taken into the room, was told this service takes 30-40 mins, half way through therapist (owner) left the room for 5 minutes to serve with another client although there were other staff present. Finally my lashes were done in a total of 20 minutes which leads me to believe I had a rush job- I had a total of 11 strands of lashes on my left eye & we strands on my right eye, was charged $90 (paid nearly $4 per strand!!) had asked for short thick lashes & got thin long lashes looked like spider legs. 4 days later I ripped them all out because I hated them so much. This salon is great for nails but that’s about it. Such a shame.”

“Just went for a spray tan, Horrible customer service, had an appointment at 12ish went in at 1. Came home to wash off the 90 minute tan, and it all washed off. $50 down the drain. Wont be receiving my service or money ever again!”
