The principals of Shockwaves, Neil and Tony, each have a separate yet important role to play in the salon matrix.

Neil with over 35 years experience in hairdressing has the responsibility of carefully monitoring the day to day operations as well as managing a large and loyal clientèle.

Tony’s background is in finance and team management and is responsible for salon administration, marketing, systems and aspects of team training.

Both are supported by a team of dedicated, loyal and very experienced stylists.
