Simon demonstrates effective Remedial Massage assessment and treatment of postural problems, injury and pain. He is a highly experienced Sports Massage therapist with accomplished competitive athletes and has the sensitivity for unparalleled meditative Relaxation Massage.

From early in his career he has been learning and practising Fascial Release; Myofascial Release, Direct and Indirect Fascial Release, and CranioSacral Therapy.

Using Remedial Massage assessment and treatment, Deep Muscle, Tendon and Ligament Therapy, Swedish Massage, Integrative Fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Chinese Cupping & Gua Sha together with Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, Deep Tissue, Fascial Release and Facilitated Stretching (Static, PNF and MET’s), outcomes beyond expectation are achieved.
