​Our salon has a range of beauty services and treatments available that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Simply Beauty uses world famous Dermalogica products. Simply Beauty is located outside Midland Gate near the Coles Entrance.

Cancellation Policy

At Simply Beauty we are introducing a new cancellation policy, as to ensure we are able to use our time as effectively as possible. Your appointment time with us is valuable; as we turn away other clients to ensure you have all the time required. Our new policy is as follows;

If you miss more than 25% of your allocated appointment time, you will be classed as a no show, or your appointment will be reduced at the therapist’s discretion… Please note 25% of your appointment can be as little as 3 minutes, depending on your treatment.

We require a minimum of two hours’ notice for all changes or reductions of any appointment, or you will be charge 50% of the original treatment that has been changed or removed.

We require a minimum of three hours’ notice for a complete cancelation.

We have a three strike policy… If you miss or cancel three appointments with said guidelines you will be required to pay a 20% deposit for all future bookings, that if are missed or cancelled, you will lose your deposit.

We are introducing this as we have had an increase of last minute cancellations and no shows, resulting in other clients who are desperate for appointments then missing out. We hope that you understand it is not that we’re doing this to be unfair or harsh; it is simply to improve our booking system, we appreciate your continued loyalty…
