After a miscommunication over an extra charge I wasn’t aware of (“oh normally we tell people, sorry”) there was zero flexibility or concern that I was upset about it. I wanted the fullest eyelashes possible & ended up with a set looking like I put a few layers of mascara on. Not very long and not glamorous at all. I questioned her why the lashes were the same length of mine which totally defeats the purpose. I believe I am the customer who should have been given the choice of length & curl, I was not!
