Relaxation Massage: 

Relaxation massage is amazing for helping people to unwind and aid in sleeplessness, anxiety and general muscular tension.

Remedial/Sports Massage: 

If you have been injured or have a chronic condition, Remedial massage can benefit this by improving circulation, reduce swelling and inflammation, help regain muscle flexibility and joint mobility thereby alleviating pain and stiffness.

Different modalities are used depending on the condition being treated. Myofascial release,   trigger point therapy, stretching, muscle energy technique, soft tissue joint mobilizing,cupping and heat therapy. Rehab exercises are also given if appropriate.

Pregnancy Massage:

Massage is great for relieving those general aches and pains that you experience during pregnacy.

A great way to unwind and just relax. This massage is performed in a sidelying position or lying prone with pillows.

Reiki:

A very gentle Japanese healing technique using universal energy UsuiReiki uses specific hand positions to assist the natural healing process.

Great for emotional and physical well being. Reiki is performed fully clothed.
