Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 business day and are delivered via Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive.  Delivery lead times will depend on which State you live in.  If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact me.

PLEASE NOTE: At this stage we do not deliver to International addresses.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am more than happy to offer an exchange, or refund your money.

Returns & Exchange Procedure
Please download and complete the attached ‘Return and Exchange Form’ and include this with your item(s) that your are returning. Click here to download the ‘Return and Exchange’ Form.
Returned item(s) must be received within 21 days of your order date, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
Refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed.
Contact me via e-mail to notify of your return at sales@simplysleepwear.com.au that way I can ensure that your exchange is in stock and I can place the item(s) on hold for you. If the item is not available, I will email you and offer you a refund or the option to select another item.

Refund
I will credit your original method of payment, minus postage charges (unless goods were faulty or not as ordered).

Exchange
If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above and include $8.50 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia.
You also have the option of sending back your own pre-paid or express post satchel for re-delivery if you choose.

Wrong Size
No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging due to size only.
