Skin Agents was started by Ysobel Peters (registered nurse) in 2011 where the business focused on providing medical grade IPL services to beauty clinics throughout Perth. In 2013, Skin Agents acquired Karma Skin Care in Guildford, and together with part-owner Orla and an amazing team of beauty and medical practitioners, Skin Agents has grown to be the clinic of choice for Perths eastern suburbs.
