Our clinic employs only registered nurses clinically trained in cosmetic nursing and our director is certified in laser and intense pulsed light (IPL) safety approved by leading Australian IPL and laser authorities. We also offer a full comprehensive consultation.

Our light based machines are approved by the TGA and our skin care range is medical strength: the products and machines are the best available.

We are wholly Tasmanian owned and not part of Australian franchise. We support local Tasmanian business in purchasing and sourcing materials where possible and all of our products sold are natural and not tested on animals.

About the Director

Lyndal Mann is a registered nurse, who completed her training at the Royal Hobart Hospital in the 1980s. Since then she has undertaken many post graduate studies in Midwifery, Gynaecology, Occupational Health & Safety and in April 2014 completed a post Grad Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing. In 2016 she will be undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing.

She has also an independent certification in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapies conducted by AACDS. This course is the only course in Australia approved by both leading IPL and laser authorities: WA Radiological Council and Qld Radiation Health. So you know when you come to Skin Rejuvenation Clinic you ARE in the best hands.

A skilled and appropriately trained operator is imperative if you are having light based therapies, and now in Tasmania all IPL operators and premises must be licensed. Always ask your provider what qualifications they have, look at their before and after photos and never hesitate to view their qualifications.

Your appointment & charges

At your initial appointment we will ask you to complete a small questionnaire to determine your main skin concerns. These concerns are then discussed and a plan is established to help you meet your skin objectives. Procedures / options will be discussed along with prices, number of treatments potentially required as well as expected side effects and unwanted complications at this consultation.

We also use this opportunity to talk about some skin health essentials so the reason why we recommend certain products and treatment make sense. We like to give you knowledge as with that everything else falls into place.
You will always need to book for a treatment or consultation.

If you are unable to attend you appointment please advise the reception staff ASAP on 6235 9199 to reschedule or cancel.
A fee of $30 will be charged to patients who fail to attend and, $30 may be charged if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hrs notice.

Visia Facial Complexion Analysis

The Visia facial analysis imaging system allows a measurable assessment of your skin that before now could only be assessed by looking at it. Sub surface and surface problems are identified and measured, for example pigmentation like sun spots and freckles, red areas like rosacea and spider veins, texture irregularities like open pores and wrinkles are to name a few skin concerns that can be assessed.
The system will also compare male and female special skin features to another individual of the same age, sex and skin type from a world wide database. Visia also allows for fantastic before and after treatment comparisons with virtual no room allowed for poor photography, position and light as these are all built into the machine.

Visia has to be seen to believed and this is the first time it has been offered in Tasmania so come in an experience Visia.
