“Turned up for my 1.5hr massage, on my birthday, left work early to get there and the massage therapist was not there! Another worker phoned him and he said he forgot! Will not be coming back.”

“Went in for a 60 minute deep tissue remedial massage. The therapist used terrible nauseating rapid repetitive rubbing movements which moved me around so much i felt sick. At 10 minutes i asked if it could end and therapist pressured me into another 20 minutes saying they had to rub to soften the muscles. It was not remedial and it was extremely uncomfortable”

“Was truly disappointed with the service. I opted for the 60 minute massage with oil ($75) and had a therapist that I believe was not qualified. Who used only 2 techniques over my whole body (and an elbow in the calf muscle is painful)! I do not recommend them at all. I left in more pain than when I went in. The full body did not include hands or feet.”
