“I recently moved from Perth and as most people (especially a blonde who gets a scalp bleach) I found going to a new hair dresser a little bit daunting. But the girls were fabulous! Being someone with sensitive skin partnered with new products I had a reaction, my scalp flared up and we had to wash out the toner right away. Not only did they patiently wait for my scalp to calm down before replying the toner the owner personally checked on me to make sure I was ok, they were extremely gentle, offered complimentary products for sensitive scalps and 3 days later gave me a follow up call to make sure I was ok. Since moving to Australia I have found it exceptionally hard to find a salon that does a great colour and has exceptional customer service, it’s safe to say I won’t be going to any other salons while I am living in Sydney.”
