Over the 11 years of practice I frequently hear my clients refer my remedial bodywork as ‘hit all the right spots’, ‘amazing!’, ‘beautiful massage!’, ‘on the money!’, ‘best massage ever!’, ‘wow incredible!’, ‘spot on!’. I firmly believe in the saying ‘results speak for itself’ thus the increasing number of returning and referred clients.

I have a ‘spot on’ ability to combine and execute remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, stretching, relaxation techniques with the perfect pressure, flow and have a keen attention to detail to ensure a tranquil ambiance and comfortable experience. About Me

I have learnt over the years the importance of a holistic approach to maintain optimal health. I have managed my chronic back, neck and hip pain with regular personal training, remedial massage, Pilates, chiropractic and physiotherapy care.

I have also been a personal trainer for 2 years to learn ways of combining strength training and self care exercises with remedial massage. Using my thorough scope of knowledge I have gained extensive experience over the years helping people from all walks of life feel and move better.

Having survived a car accident 20 years ago as a pedestrian, I succumbed to chronic back, neck, hip and knee pain. I vowed to learn how to heal my conditions and maintain optimal health with the help of a team of allied health professionals.

Over the past 11 years I have studied and learned how to combine my skills and knowledge of remedial massage, personal training, Pilates, dry needling and myofascial cupping to offer the most effective soft tissue treatment and self care (stretch and strengthen).

I currently work very closely with a small group of the chiropractors, physiotherapist and personal trainers, most of whom are currently maintaining my post car accident injuries and also receiving ongoing treatments from me.

Besides gym enthusiasts and athletes, I had the privilege of helping NRL (State of Origin, Eels, Sharks, Warriors, Broncos), AFL (Fremantle), State-level cricket and soccer players.

I have also learnt the importance attention to detail, ambiance and service of a luxurious day spa. I have been ‘WOWing’ many world famous celebrities and guests at well know Melbourne Hotel and day spa for over 4 years. A famous celebrity feedback have been my driving force to continually perfect my massage technique. A splash of ‘Spot On’ relaxation massage is a definite stress antidote.

I hope to have the pleasure of taking you on a ‘spot on remedial’ journey to achieving optimal soft tissue health as well as sharing with you my knowledge of preventative and holistic self care.

Qualifications and Treatments

I am an accredited therapist with an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage, Bachelor degree in business management and marketing, Certificate IV in personal training, Level one in Mat Pilates instructor, Myofascial cupping and trigger point dry needling.
