Accept phone calls, if practical, as they come in. If this is not possible, we undertake to have respond to the call within the same day;
Continually look for opportunities for clients;
Review clients’ needs on an on-going basis;
Provide assistance and advice in record-keeping, allowing clients to minimise costs associated with compliance work and utilise our experience as advisers;
Implement adequate education and training to ensure that the clients work is completed in a timely, cost efficient method with a high standard of excellence.

To assist us achieve our desired service levels, we ask clients to:

Provide necessary information when requested;
Endeavour to answer our queries promptly;
Follow up items and intiatives as agreed;
Pay fees by the due date .
Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation other than for the acts or omissions of financial services licensees.

Mary is the Principal of the firm which commenced in May 2006.  She has over 31 years of taxation and business services experience having previously been a Director of a second tier Accountancy practice. Mary has a Bachelor of Business Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant and registered SMSF Auditor Number 100052908. Mary is also an Authorised Representative No. 124 4467 of SMSF Advisers Network Pty Ltd ABN 64 155 907 681 AFSL 430062.

Having grown up on the Darling Downs, and attending University in Toowoomba, Mary has an interest and passion for rural Australia. Mary assists her clients in all areas of public practice accounting including Business Taxation, Tax planning, Superannuation & Retirement planning, Succession Planning, and Business structures, Valuations, GST and Capital Gains Tax Advice.

Mary has built strong business relationships with her clients, adopting a hands on approach.  She works extensively to gain an understanding of her clients businesses and families so that she is able to deliver sound business and succession solutions, whilst assisting them to strategically grow.When Mary is not working with her clients she can be found indulging in gardening and her artistic endeavours.
