“A different environment with skilled hairdressers/barbers.I have been a long term customer with stylist Alyce – must say I have been very disappointed with her unprofessional attitude and her lack of customer service on the last two visits – a suggestion to management – perhaps a customer service refresher course or a holiday may give Alyce perspective on the importance of “customer experience” rather than “her time” shame she does not have the warmth and customer service focus of the divine colourist Jane –
