“Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sort out my mess from my previous accountant when I first switched. In the years since I have been extremely happy with my return. They always take the time to explain if I dont understand. Even when I coudnt find my tax return or letter from the tax department showing my refund (they gave me a copy which I promptly lost) they charged me a small fee and posted it straight out. I highly reccomend Steve and have referred two friends and one family member.”

“Terrible. Takes ages to get money. I got a return then months later the ATO told me my return was incorrect & I got a huge bill. I asked for my breakdown to work out what had happened & they wouldn’t send it to me. Won’t answer calls or emails either.”

“We had. Been a client of the business for many years back to when it was a home business. We have referred all our family and a lot of friends. In the last few years the charges have increased rapidly ie over $300 for a phone call to the tax dept due to late lodgement of return (our fault). Phone calls and emails are never answered. Our entire family has moved on. Would no longer recommend. Also if you want to set up a trust I would strongly suggest you get some quotes. Our family were all charged well over $1000 new accountant does it for around $430.”
