”I used a voucher at the salon for 1\/2 head foils, toner, cut and conditioning treatment. Firstly, if you have blonde hair (or are trying to go blonde) I\’d recommend not going here. I received less than 1\/4 head of foils, which left my hair much more brown than blonde (my hair was already blonde and I was just getting my regrowth touched up). I specifically told the hairdresser I like my hair to be well toned. The staff used the toner like a shampoo – put it straight on, then washed it straight off (at most places they\’ve left it to tone for 10 to 20 mins). I am extremely disappointed with my streaky colour. I called the hairdresser after getting home and realising I actually can\’t wear my hair down because it looks so terrible – and was hoping for them to re-tone it or offer their advice. However, I was met with a very unhelpful and rude response. They told me there\’s no way to tone my hair (my hair is light brown, and has been done numerous times at other hairdressers without any drama) and that I was wrong. They were incredibly argumentative and unwilling to help. Very disappointing.”
