“The worst hairdresser experience of my life… I have never been so enraged about the way I have been treated to bother writing a negative review, but the way I was treated today left me so enraged I feel this is my only outlet. I went to this salon having bought an online deal and I waited forty minutes before being consulted about what I wanted done to my hair, even though the owners were both free. Finally when I was consulted I got told that they were not prepared to foil my hair as I wanted due to the risk of breakage. They were extremely defensive and quite patronizing towards me, almost expecting me to be upset about it, as though they have had issues with other people who purchased the deal when they were trying to take shortcuts on the services it says they will provide. They left me to make a decision if I was happy just to have the roots foiled, which I fairly quickly decided I was, but by the time they came back and asked me it was another 10-15 minutes later. At that point it was an hour and twenty minutes after I arrived at the salon (7pm) and I was concerned I would not be finished in time to pick up my little sister from work. When I asked how long it would take, the owner told me three hours and that I wouldn’t be out until 10pm. I said that I was picking my younger sister up and that that was way too late, and that I had been there since 5.30. He then told me he wouldn’t be insulted by me speaking to him like that, and asked me to leave, which I had already decided I was going to do at that point. Total scam they obviously weren’t prepared to keep up with their end of the deal and were probably happy when I walked out. Total waste of my time sitting there and driving to and from. The way they spoke to me was disgusting and I have never received such poor customer service in my life it makes my blood boil. Be warned.”
