“I asked to have my dark brown hair dyed with an ash brown balayage and it came out 1-2 shades lighter than my actual hair even after using bleach. This could’ve easily been achieved without using bleach on half my head! When I requested for a lighter ash brown they said I’d need to bleach it again which would cost more! All up came to $260, for a finish that looked almost the same as what I came in with. Hope it lightens up after a few washes.. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.”

“I have been going to Sui for almost 4-5 years, their hairdressers are all very skilful and friendly, I never had any bad experience. However, the only thing puts me off is every time I make appointment over the phone, their receptionists are always very rude. They seems like they are always in a rush, never wait for me to finish the sentences, just want to quickly dismiss you and hang up the phone. Not very good customer service”

“I walked in and booked for Emma who I’ve heard many good reviews about! Showed a picture of a hair colour I wanted and FIY I photoshopped the colour. What I look for in any service especially hair and fashion is an honest opinion, some colours may be beautiful but not for every skin tone and Emma was able to achieve my dream of having purple gradient hair without me looking more yellow and dull skinned than I am already ♡ I love my hair and I love the feeling of being able to rely on someone and get excellent results♡♡♡”

“Got my colour done for 460$ after one week it was faded and now been 2 week it gone yellow and orange! Call up and they said because it was a light color and may be because the shampoo so i doesnt last long !!! It should be last at least 5-6 weeks my friend hairdresser said. Im very dissapointed cause i used kevin murphy for my hair its very good brand to keep the colour. Never come back to Sui 2 bourke street”
